Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Package Securely

  Place the ring setting in its original presentation box and include all laboratory grading reports or appraisal documents to avoid a replacement fee.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized shipping location; all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the setting's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange credit to your original payment method within 7 business days.
